Experience and Expertise
Over the past 20 years I have valued properties mainly in the commercial sector (offices, industrial and retail) and residential development across the Oxford- Milton Keynes – Cambridge “Arc” and the Home Counties. I have also developed a specialism in large food factories for both national and international clients across England and Wales.
With a background in licensed leisure, hotels and the care sector, I have been able to provide valuation expertise on large mixed use schemes from a major Educational Campus for a London Council, to enabling development valuations for a new Football Stadium, from Science and Tech labs to the O2 Arena.
I have recently provided feasibility studies for Local Authorities on major developments incorporating ‘Build To Rent’ schemes.
RCS is on a Professional Services Panel for Public Sector organisations through Constellia which provides services for Government Departments such as the Home Office, Local Authorities including the City of London, Universities such as Oxford Brookes and NHS organisations including Great Ormond Street Hospital.

About RCS
After 15 years working for a Top 20 property consultancy in the UK as Head of Consultancy and Valuation, I launched Radice Chartered Surveyors in February 2023.
Having worked for Network Rail, where I qualified in 2004, Christie and Co (Regional Valuation Manager) and Bidwells (Head of Consultancy and Valuation) I have drawn on my previous roles of leading valuation teams in the general commercial, residential development and licensed leisure sectors.
My invaluable experience as a valuation specialist for a challenger Bank has allowed me to provide more holistic advice to all my clients.

Home Counties Council
Completed “Red Book” valuations for over 300 acres of commercial and residential development land for a ground-breaking deal involving the transfer of a Government Agency’s assets to a Local Authority.
Cambridge University
Led the annual Portfolio Valuations for a Cambridge college which included assets such as the O2 Arena and Cambridge Science Park
London Council
Provided development and investment appraisals of a strategic mixed use development scheme in London involving:

MK Gateway
I have provided viability and valuations for a placemaking development scheme for a local council.
It involves re-developing a former Council building into a major mixed use development which will include:
- A 34 storey residential block providing nearly 300 Build to Rent apartments
- 18,000 sq ft mid-tech warehouse
- Circa 10,000 sq ft of retail and workshops
- More than 200,000 sq ft of offices, co-working space and leisure uses
